Directors consisting of 5 representatives of the Shareholder (including the
President and the CEO), 1 representative of the Ministry of Finance, 1
representative of the C.M.TH. S.A.’s employees, 1 representative of the
Association of Fruit& Vegetable Traders and 1 representative of the
Association of Meat Traders.
